Do you want more people to attend the online events you are hosting?

In this episode, we’re talking about steps you can take to make your online events just as engaging, rewarding, and profitable as your in-person gatherings. Read our companion post if you want to know more about email marketing for coaches

Here are two takeaways from Season 5 Episode 3:

  1. Warm it up.

Warm up your communication. Very few things land with as much of a thud as stale and impersonal emails. When you send the email about your event, what’s often missing is what is best for your reader and why they should attend the event. We all have a million choices. You may be so excited about your training, book launch, or product but you need to remember to answer the question, “What’s in it for them?”

  1. Set Good, Better, Best Goals

What would be the “good” goal for attendance? What would be the better goal? What would it look like if you hit it out of the park? These metrics give you an indication of how much follow up you will need to do. We’re going to talk about that in terms of your emails. Is your email marketing flopping? If so, let’s revamp it. The messaging could be off. Take time to take a pause if you are not getting the results you hoped for.
