For my business, here is my Go-To-Person statement: If you are a heart-centered business owner, and you struggle with visibility and becoming the go-to-person in your market, you’ve come to the right place.
While this may seem quite simple to write, it takes a little bit of time to get this statement as clear and concise as possible.
The best news is that once you develop this statement, no one will be confused about what you do—and you will be remembered for how you help people.
The Second Step: Know Your Content Personality™
When it comes to content, there are many types you could be creating—and it’s crucial that you pick the types that allow you to be the REAL you. If you haven’t taken the Content Personality™ Quiz (or don’t remember your results), take it again!
There is so much power and clarity when you create content from a place of who you ALREADY are and how you ALREADY show up in the world.
The Third Step: Share Valuable Content and Be Of Service
Once you have developed your Go-To-Person Statement and you know your Content Personality™, it’s time to begin sharing your passion and expertise with the world!
In other words, it’s time to start putting branded content to work for your brand. People need to know what you know and how you can help them before they will ever plunk down money and work with you.
Now, this is where peeps generally get stuck: EEK! What do I say? Who am I talking to? How often should I put content out?
