Many peeps are scared of hosting events—especially those of us who are introverts. We think that we are going to leave the event absolutely wiped out and exhausted.
But guess what? That doesn’t have to be the case at all!
There are many “things” you can put in place so that when you are hosting events, YOUR soul is nourished, too. As an event host, this is really important.
Here’s a brief list:
++Frequent breaks throughout the day.
++Long lunch hours where you get alone time to recharge.
++A personal assistant who reminds you to drink water, pee, and energetically replenish!
++Interactive content and teaching so that you don’t have to be “on” the whole time.
