When you were a kid, did these words hit you the wrong way?
+You deserve it.
+You get what you deserve.
+You deserve the punishment.
+You deserve to be treated that way.
If you are shaking your head, I am in your boat. The word “deserve” was only used when I was in trouble or getting punished.
It wasn’t until later in my adult life that I really fell in love with this word. I started thinking about all the things I merit because of all the good I put into the world. All the people I help. All the ways I show up and serve.
That’s when I attached a new meaning and added this to my #WealthMindset repertoire:
I deserve ALL the good things. I deserve ALL the money and ALL the awesome clients.
And I deserve all the things my heart desires–and the things that I haven’t even dreamed of yet.
And so do you!
Now, I’m not talking about things being OWED to me. I’m talking more about karma credits–and that with all the good that goes out, I deserve at least 10x that coming back to me!
What a shift in mindset!
What do you deserve? I’d love to know!
