Uncorked in Italy: A Delicious Pause for Women with Big Missions

May 2 – 8, 2026 | Tuscany, Italy

A soul-nourishing retreat for mission-driven women ready to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

Immerse in beauty, culture, and cuisine during an intentional pause in the Italian countryside.

Step away from the busy and into the beauty.

In the rolling hills of Tuscany, where olive trees sway in the breeze and meals are made with love, you’ll rediscover the clarity and joy that’s been waiting for you beneath the surface of your schedule.

Uncorked in Italy is your invitation to step out of the rush and into a new rhythm—one where your joy, rest, and nourishment take center stage. This is a retreat for women who lead with heart, crave depth, and know that sustainable impact happens when you are restored from the inside out.

You’ll spend 7 days and 6 nights in the rolling hills of Tuscany, immersed in flavor, beauty, and the kind of connection that only happens when women gather with intention. This is where you don’t have to figure anything out. Just rest, receive, and let the beauty of Italy do what it does best—soften the edges and invite you back to yourself.

Set at the breathtaking Agriturismo Dogana property, this retreat offers a taste of what’s possible when life is slower, more beautiful, and deeply nourishing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if this is the right retreat for me?

If your body exhaled while reading this page—you already know. This retreat is open to any woman who leads, gives generously, and is ready to receive. If you’re craving rest, beauty, and connection—you belong here.

Is this retreat just for business owners?

While many of our guests are coaches, creatives, consultants, and women with mission-driven businesses, this retreat is open to any woman who leads, gives generously, and is ready to receive. If you’re craving rest, beauty, and connection—you belong here.

    Is this a mastermind retreat?

Not in the traditional sense. There are no worksheets or jam-packed agendas here. Instead, we’re creating intentional space for deep conversation, personal reflection, and organic breakthroughs. You’ll be surrounded by experienced, thoughtful business owners — and the clarity tends to emerge while we’re sharing meals, exploring Tuscany, and engaging in unhurried dialogue. If you have spent anytime with Shannon or Amy in the past you know they ask thoughtful questions that move you miles in minutes. No traditional sit-down session is required.

Will there be structured business sessions?

Yes and no. Each day includes light, guided prompts to spark reflection and conversation — but no formal “sessions” or workshops. The design of this retreat honors both your desire for restoration and your need for fresh perspective. The most meaningful insights often happen organically over wine, pasta, and long walks — and that’s exactly the experience we’ve curated.

Do I need to be super social or “on” the whole time?

Absolutely not. This retreat is designed for deep nourishment and personal spaciousness. You’ll have plenty of time to wander, nap, read, or just be. There’s no pressure to network or perform—this is about ease, not obligation.

I’m coming solo—will I feel out of place?

Not at all. Many of our guests attend solo, and we create a welcoming, inclusive environment where new friendships form easily (but never feel forced). You’ll have your own bedroom for privacy, and plenty of space to recharge however you need.

    What’s the room setup like?

You’ll stay in a beautiful countryside apartment with a shared living space, bathroom, and kitchen. Each guest has her own private bedroom—with garden seating and restful touches throughout. It’s the perfect balance of community and personal space.

What if I want my own room?

Prefer your own private space? No problem!

You’ll add $800 USD on your retreat experience. Reserve your retreat spot above, then shoot an email to Jordyn (hq@joyfulbusinessrevolution.com) to upgrade to a private apartment.

Will my dietary needs be accommodated?

Yes! The kitchen team at Agriturismo Dogana is happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. We’ll collect your preferences in advance to ensure every meal is both safe and satisfying.

What’s included in the retreat cost?

Everything once you land in Italy:

    • 6 nights’ accommodation in a shared apartment (separate bedrooms)
    • 3 meals a day (plus tastings + special experiences)
    • Private group transfers from Rome FCO Airport
    • Cooking class, truffle hunt, and herbal workshop
    • Olive oil + pasta mill tours
    • Town tours of Cortona + Pienza
    • One pre-retreat preparation call
    • One post-retreat integration call
    • Thoughtful touches and a few surprise

    What’s not included?
    • Airfare to and from Italy
    • Travel insurance (strongly encouraged)
    • Personal purchases or free-time excursions
    • Suggested gratuity in USD cash (Tipping in Italy isn’t required or expected in the same way it is in the U.S. There’s no fixed percentage, and it’s generally based on the quality of service. While tips are not mandatory, they are always appreciated—especially in places that regularly serve international guests. If the service feels exceptional, a small gratuity is a lovely gesture. If not, there’s no pressure to leave one.)
Is there a payment plan available?

Yes! We offer two options. The retreat investment is $5750. You can save $1000 when you pay in full. Choose the payment option that works best for you:

    • Pay in Full – $4750 USD
Save $1,000 when you pay in full.
    • Payment Plan – $5750 USD
$300 down to save your spot today. (The rest of the balance must be paid-in-full by March 1, 2026. We will arrange a payment plan that works best for you.)

Only 16 spots are available—we recommend reserving early if you’re feeling the yes.

What’s the refund or cancellation policy?

All payments are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend and are able to transfer your spot to someone else, we’ll support the switch as best we can. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection and peace of mind.

Can I work while I’m there? Is there Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available on site, but we lovingly encourage you to unplug. This retreat is a space to rest, receive, and reconnect—not another location for hustle. Your inbox can wait. You’ll return more recharged because of it.

Can I arrive early or stay later?

Yes, you’re welcome to extend your travels before or after the retreat. Additional nights at the venue may be possible but are limited—we recommend flying into Italy (Rome) at least one day before the retreat starts to settle in and avoid travel stress.
