During our time together, you will have the luxury of creating your most aligned quarterly business plan to date! You’ll do this in a beautiful setting and with top-notch attention given to you and your dreams. The CEO Strategy Retreat is sure to inspire and nourish you!
Each day there will be a dedicated block of time for you to emerge into your creative zone and give attention to your business growth and expansion plan. Throughout the week, we will also gather in community to share and receive feedback. As a creative CEO, you know that being in conversation with like-minded peers helps you develop your ideas and encourages new brilliant breakthroughs!
You will also meet with me (1:1) during The CEO Strategy Retreat for a laser session focused on your individual business needs. I will share my expertise and insight, as well as help you think more deeply about what you are refining/creating in your business.

The Schedule
This is not a retreat where every second is scheduled–so you go home needing a vacation. {That ain’t joyful at all!}
The CEO Strategy Retreat has been designed by an expert who knows what true business growth and expansion actually require. We start with YOU and your JOY. We look at what’s working, and then we dream about what could be different. And we build from there!
I understand that CEOs need a sacred space to gather, commune, and relax. I’ve led 100s of CEOs through the powerful experience of creating their best quarter in business yet. What an honor! This retreat is designed to give you the time and space to work on your business–and have FUN! Sometimes we will gather as a group for powerful hands-on focus sessions (Curiosity Labs), as well as in Peer Mastermind Circles, so you can share your ideas with people who will help you refine and expand them further. You’ll also have 1:1 time with me for individual consulting and strategy help, and solo time, so you can begin implementation.
There’s been lots of time built in for you to unwind and relax, hang out and converse, and replenish your energy.
You’ll walk away from this transformative experience recharged with a much bigger vision for your life and business–and having made significant progress on planning your best quarter in business yet!
Day 1: Arrival & Intention Setting
You’ll arrive at our gorgeous location by 4P. You’ll have time to relax and unwind before our group dinner when you’ll meet the other guests and where our magical connections begin. We will each set powerful intentions for our time together.
Day 2: Vivid Vision & Curiosity Labs
You’ll enjoy a yummy breakfast, and then we kick off mid-morning with a group session. It’s time to celebrate your CEO-awesomeness and reflect on how far you’ve come, baby! You will enjoy a Vivid Visioning exercise, where you’ll have the chance to dream bigger about your impact as a CEO! This is also the time we will check-in with your company mission and make alignment tweaks if needed.
You have a business you are proud of, and it’s time to get curious about your next steps for joyful growth and expansion in our Curiosity Labs. This is where we will explore things like building out your team, refining your Cx, taking at look at the financials, diving into what may be needed for operations/systems, and looking at your metrics from the previous quarter to inform the next. How much fun can you have playing in the spirit of curiosity, while you plan your best quarter in business yet?
This afternoon is set aside for you to enjoy the retreat location–perhaps you’ll recharge with a snooze, or meet up with some new friends and brainstorm together. The choice is yours!
Day 3: Peer Masterminding Circles & Implemenation
In our morning session, you’ll experience the brilliance of Peer Mastermind Circles. We will focus on strategic planning and goal setting, plus prioritizing what you will be working on for the next quarter. You’ll be inspired by the ideas and wisdom you glean today!
The afternoon will be dedicated to crafting your quarterly plan, connecting deeper with your colleagues, and meeting with me for your 1:1 Business Expansion Session.
Day 4: Local Vibes Experience & Celebration
We are kicking off today with some local vibes, where we will experience and embrace the local flavor in our area. Sometimes this looks like a guided tour, a walk to collect the best seashells in the world, an artful experience, or an adventure you will never forget! {Excursions depend on specific locations–and we will decided as a group what we’d like to experience together prior to arriving on retreat.}
The afternoon is yours to spend as you wish, and dinner this evening will be a true celebration to acknowledge what has changed and shifted for you as a CEO during this retreat, as well as a declaration of your next steps in business, now that you have clarity in vision and and are laser- focused!
Day 5: Farewells & Next Steps
Wow, it’s been five days of breakthroughs, creative work sprints, connection, and clarity. And now you’re ready to go home and continue implementing your best quarter in business yet! Remember, The CEO Strategy Retreat includes two post-retreat session via Zoom–so we will see you again soon!

Is there someone who can help me with flight arrangements?
Yes, there most certainly is! My travel concierge, Natalee Fox, is on standby to assist you with flight arrangements if you choose. There is an additional flat fee for this service.

If you book your own flights, you must still provide your entire flight itinerary to Natalee for your airport transfers. We will reach out to you to gather the information and offer you help, if you’d like it!
How many people attend each retreat?
We like to keep these super intimate–so at the most, there will be 7 other guests, and you!
If I pay for the retreat, and decide I can’t go, what happens?
Due to limited space and high-demand for my retreats, all sales are final and non-transferable. So, put it in your calendar and let’s do this! ❤️
Why must I score a 50 or higher on the Business Expansion Scorecard to attend?
Have you even been to a business meeting or retreat and everyone was in different levels of business–and you felt either like the biggest fish in the pond, or the rookie? Yeah, that!
I have learned through years of consulting and strategizing that we grow when we are “within” the same phase of mindset and business development as our peers. The scorecard is a beautiful tool I developed that helps CEOs see exactly what needs to be worked on next, so they continue forward on the right path for them!

These retreats rock! Can I attend multiple retreats in a year?
Yes you can–as long as you meet the qualifications each time. We do have “retreat offenders” …hahah…and they love gifting themselves time away each quarter to work on their biz and have tons of fun with their peers while doing it! (And yippeee, it’s a tax deduction!)
