You can be years into a successful business and still find yourself staring at an offer you’ve sold many times, wondering whether it still belongs. You can finish a sales conversation knowing the prospect understood the older version of your work, but not the work you are actually leading now. You can look at a marketing plan full of activity and know that the answer is not more content.
You already have expertise, paying clients, and a body of work that creates results. You are not trying to decide what business to start. You are trying to decide what still fits, what has run its course, what needs to change, and how your messaging, offers, marketing, and business decisions need to support the next era of your work.
The JoyFueled™ Business Growth Mentorship Circle is a 12-month business growth mentorship for established business owners navigating this stage.
It gives you experienced people around you as you clarify your message, make decisions about your offers and direction, and determine what the business needs next.
This is a place to make decisions, put them into practice, and refine them as you learn what happens in the business.
We’re opening a small number of spaces for established business owners who want this kind of long-term strategic support through our values-aligned contribution model.

Build a business that feels as good as it performs.
A JoyFueled™ Business is not about chasing ease, passive income, or performative “freedom.”
It is about building a business that is:
- aligned with how you actually want to live and lead
- profitable without unnecessary complexity
- strategically positioned for sustainable demand, and
- structured in a way that supports your capacity, values, and growth
Because eventually, growth alone stops being enough.
You begin wanting:
- more spaciousness
- more clarity
- more discernment
- more sustainability, and
- more truth in how you work, lead, and live
How will you know when your business is in full alignment?
Your marketing feels more natural, your selling feels more human, your message feels more true, your growth feels more sustainable, and your business no longer requires constant force to move forward.
The 6 Parts of a JoyFueled™ Business
A business that feels better to lead is not created through messaging alone.
It happens when your positioning, offers, marketing, selling, systems, and business model are all working together in a way that creates stronger demand for your offers, deeper alignment across the business, and more sustainable growth.
1. A Business Model That Fits
Reshape the business model so growth supports your life, values, and capacity.
2. Messaging That Creates Recognition
Clarify your message so people immediately understand your value, your difference, and why your work matters.
3. Profitable Offers People Want
Refine your offers so they are easier to understand, easier to sell, and easier for the right clients to say yes to.
4. Marketing That Builds Demand
Build a marketing approach that creates connection, trust, and consistent demand for your work.
5. Aligned Selling That Feels Human
Strengthen the sales process so selling feels clear, ethical, relational, and easier for everyone involved.
6. Support Systems & Team That Create Space
Put the systems, support, and team in place so the business no longer relies on you for everything.
The goal is not to work on all six areas at once. We use them to see the whole business clearly, identify what needs attention now, and make the next decision from there.
This is the ecosystem we work on together inside the Mentorship.
A values-aligned contribution model
The JoyFueled™ Business Growth Mentorship Circle uses a values-aligned contribution model rather than asking every client to pay the same fixed monthly price.
You choose a monthly contribution that feels meaningful and sustainable for the current financial reality of your business. This is not about choosing the lowest amount available. It asks you to look honestly at what your business can support while remaining fully committed to the work.
This model is designed for owners of operating, revenue-generating businesses. Two clients may contribute at different levels and still receive the same mentorship, participate in the same conversations, and have the same access to support.
Your contribution level does not determine the depth of support you receive.
You are making a 12-month commitment, with a natural opportunity each quarter to reassess your contribution as the financial capacity of the business changes.
The model allows us to create a high-level mentorship experience while making room for established business owners at different stages of financial growth.
An active working space
Inside the Mentorship Circle, the work does not stop when the call ends.
You might leave one conversation knowing it is time to retire an offer, spend the next few weeks testing new language with real prospects, and come back with information about what landed, what did not, and what needs to change next.
This is a place to make decisions, put them into practice, and learn from what happens in the business.
- Refine your messaging and use it in the market
- Make decisions about which offers still belong and where the business is heading next.
- Get clearer on what deserves your attention and what you are ready to stop doing.
The work becomes more useful when you bring back real information: the sales conversation that went differently, the offer people responded to, the message that still did not land, or the decision that created a new question.
That is how strategy becomes movement inside the business. Together, we can see where it needs to be rebuilt, right-sized, repositioned, or simply supported differently for the next era.
The initial commitment is 12 months. Many of our clients continue for two, three, or even four years because new decisions emerge as their businesses evolve. There is no assumption that month twelve means you are “done.” It simply marks the completion of your initial commitment, and from there, we decide together whether continued support makes sense for what you are building next.
Who the Mentorship Circle is for
The JoyFueled™ Business Growth Mentorship Circle is for established business owners with deep expertise, a track record of results, and a business already in motion. Across 15+ years, we’ve worked with established businesses spanning healthcare, consulting and fractional leadership, financial and professional services, agencies, education, hospitality, creative industries, technology, nonprofits, and more.
You are not trying to prove the business can work. You are deciding what it needs to become next.
- Your expertise or business has evolved beyond the way it is currently positioned. You may be questioning offers, pricing, messaging, audience, or the body of work you want to be known for now.
- Too much demand still depends on you personally creating understanding. Referrals may work well because people who know you already understand the value, while your broader messaging and marketing require more explanation than they should.
- You are making bigger decisions about what stays, what changes, and what no longer belongs. You want experienced eyes on the offers, opportunities, marketing, business model, and strategic choices shaping the next era.
- You are ready to act on the decisions you make. You can test new language, change an offer, have the conversation, follow up, gather real information, and bring what happens back into the room.
This Circle is for business owners who know the next era of their work will require different decisions, and who are ready to make those decisions and carry them into the business.
This Mentorship Circle Is Not the Right Starting Point If…
- You are still deciding what kind of business to start, validating your first offer, or trying to find your first paying clients.
- You need foundational business instruction rather than strategic support around an established business.
- You do not currently have the capacity to act on the decisions you make between conversations.
Those stages deserve the right support. They simply require a different kind of support than the JoyFueled™ Business Growth Mentorship Circle provides.
How You’ll Be Supported Throughout the Year
How to apply
If this feels like the right kind of support for the next era of your business, we invite you to apply for one of the available spaces.
Here’s the process:
- Spend 15–20 minutes answering focused questions about your business, what you are navigating now, and what you want to shift over the next season.
- We’ll review your application. If your business stage, current decisions, and readiness match the level of work inside the Circle, we’ll either invite you to enroll by email or schedule a conversation with Amy to learn more.
We keep the Circle small so we can stay close to the businesses, decisions, and work each client is bringing into the room.
If you want long-term strategic support that helps you make clearer decisions and carry them into the business, we’d love to hear from you.

About Joyful Business Revolution™
Joyful Business Revolution™️ works with established owners of expertise-driven businesses whose work has evolved beyond the way it is currently being understood. Through strategic messaging, positioning, and business recalibration, we help clients close The Recognition Gap™, make clearer decisions about what comes next, and build businesses that create stronger demand while feeling significantly better to lead.
Meet Your Mentors
Meet M. Shannon Hernandez
Shannon is usually listening for the thing underneath the thing. You may come into a conversation wanting to fix an offer, rewrite a message, or decide what to market next. Shannon is listening for the larger pattern: what has changed in your work, where the business has fallen behind that change, and which decision will actually move things forward.
As founder of Joyful Business Revolution™ and creator of The Recognition Gap™, Shannon brings strategic messaging, positioning, and business recalibration together to help established experts make the next era of their work clearer, more recognizable, and easier to lead.
Her expertise has been featured on CBS, ABC, FOX, and NBC, and she brings more than 25 years of curriculum design and strategic facilitation experience, including work with the NFL and U.S. Military.
Meet Amy Hager
Amy has a particular ability to hear what is happening around a business decision, not only the decision itself. A conversation about sales may reveal a relationship that needs attention. A marketing question may turn out to be a follow-up problem. An idea that feels exciting may need one more question before it earns a place in the plan.
As JBR’s lead for sales strategy, partnerships, and community, Amy helps clients carry strategic decisions into the relationships, conversations, and actions that create movement. Inside the Mentorship, she is often helping identify who needs a conversation, what needs a follow-up, where a relationship can be strengthened, and what someone has already decided but has not yet acted on.
Together, Shannon and Amy bring two different lenses to the same business. Shannon is often looking at the architecture: the message, positioning, offers, business model, and larger direction. Amy is often looking at movement: the conversations, relationships, follow-through, and decisions that carry that strategy into the business.
That combination matters because strategy and implementation are not separate. Shannon helps you see what needs to change. Amy helps you carry those decisions into the conversations, relationships, and actions that move the business forward.
